Jeddah (UNA) – The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Mr. Hussein Ibrahim Taha, received at the General Secretariat headquarters on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, His Excellency Ambassador Akram Karimi, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the OIC.
During the meeting, the Secretary-General commended the importance the Republic of Tajikistan attaches to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), its support for joint Islamic action, and its commendable efforts to achieve goals that serve the Islamic Ummah.
For his part, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan affirmed his country's commitment to supporting the work of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and strengthening cooperation between the Organization and the Republic of Tajikistan.
