Jeddah (UNA) – The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Mr. Hussein Ibrahim Taha, met at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Organization in Jeddah with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Ishaq Dar, on Friday, March 7, 2025, on the sidelines of the XNUMXth Extraordinary Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OIC Member States to discuss the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and the plans for annexation and displacement from their land.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects for cooperation between the Organization and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, reviewed efforts made to enhance joint Islamic action, and a number of issues on the Organization’s agenda.
