Jeddah (UNA) – The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Mr. Hussein Ibrahim Taha, received today, Thursday, February 13, 2025, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Organization in Jeddah, Mr. Yusunari Morino, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who was accompanied by the Consul General of Japan in Jeddah, Special Envoy to the OIC, Mr. Daisuke Yamamoto.
During the meeting, the two sides appreciated the level and prospects of relations between the OIC and Japan and discussed ways to enhance dialogue and cooperation in various fields. They exchanged views on issues of common interest, especially the Palestinian issue.
