Jeddah (UNA) – The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), H.E. Mr. Hussein Ibrahim Taha, received today, 27 January 2025, in his office at the General Secretariat headquarters, Mr. Yousef Abdullah Al-Tunaib, Consul General of the State of Kuwait in Jeddah, who presented his credentials as Permanent Representative to the OIC.
During the meeting, the two sides praised the level of relations between the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the State of Kuwait and discussed ways to further strengthen them.
The Secretary-General expressed his deep appreciation for the State of Kuwait's support for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and joint Islamic action.
During the meeting, a number of topics of common interest were discussed.
