Al-Othaimeen condemns the suicide attack in Nigeria

grandmother (UNA) - The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, strongly condemned the suicide attack that occurred the day before yesterday, in the village of Kasuwan Kifi in the Konduga region, southeast of Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State in Nigeria, killing 19 people and wounding dozens. Al-Othaimeen offered his condolences to the families of the victims and to the people and government of Nigeria in this tragedy, urging the government to intensify efforts to bring all those responsible for this shameful act to justice. Al-Othaimeen reaffirmed the principled position of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which strongly condemns all acts of terrorism and violent extremism in all their forms and manifestations, just as it categorically rejects any justification for terrorism.
