Qatar University hosts an international conference on medicine and law

Doha (INA) - Qatar University will host the International Conference on Law and Medicine: Challenge the Future on February 28 for two days, co-organized by the Colleges of Law and Medicine, in cooperation with Weill Cornell Medical College and Hamad Medical Corporation. In the conference, specialists discuss issues related to the field of law and medicine, as the urgent need has emerged to shed light on the principles of law that relate to the practice of the medical profession, and how they contribute to advancing or obstructing that practice in the State of Qatar. The conference aims to shed light on the pressing medical-legal challenges, and suggest Solutions and procedures to keep pace with the evolving landscape in the field of health care in the State of Qatar.
