Chad celebrates the sixty-third anniversary of independence

Jeddah (UNA) - Chad celebrated the 63rd anniversary of its independence from France on August 11, 1960, when a military parade was organized for the various units of the defense and security forces.

This took place on Friday morning in the Nation Square in the capital, N'Djamena, with the participation of the transitional head, General Mohamed Idriss Deby Itno, accompanied by the President of Ainya-Bissau Amr Sisko, the Prime Minister of the Libyan National Unity Government, Musa El-Koni, the Secretary-General of the government in charge of relations with the institutions of the Central African State, and the head of the Economic and Social Committee of the State of Cameroon, Mr. Abang. Like, in the presence of Prime Minister Saleh Kabzabo, members of the government, members of the National Transitional Council, and various sectors of society.

Upon the arrival of the head of the transition, General Mohamed Idriss Deby Itno, he was received by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abkar Abdel Karim, the commander of the various units, Lieutenant Colonel Apollonier, where the head of the transitional, General Mohamed Idriss Deby, inspected the various units of the defense and security forces, and then laid a wreath in memory of the souls of the soldiers who fought For independence.

The military parade began with the Air Force through the warplanes owned by the Air Force, and then came the turn of the land forces with their various units.
