Madinah (UNA) – The Agency of the Prophet’s Mosque has promoted the “Serving Our Visitors is an Honor for Our Staff” initiative as an enriching model for the Hajj season of 1446 AH, in accordance with the operational plan; to enhance the visitors’ experience in faith, prepare a devotional environment for the Guests of God, and provide optimal devotional services to visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque.
And to achieve a positive impact on their souls, in order to fulfill the aspirations of the rulers in serving the pilgrims and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques.
The President of the Religious Affairs Department at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, launched the second edition of the “Serving Our Visitors is an Honor for Our Staff” initiative at the Prophet’s Mosque in his office at the Agency for the Prophet’s Mosque. He emphasized that serving visitors and guests of God at the Prophet’s Mosque is a great duty and a great honor for the staff of the Agency for the Prophet’s Mosque.
He explained that the agency's staff members have a keen sense of the greatness of the enriching work they undertake to serve the Prophet's Mosque and its visitors. He explained that the "Serving Our Visitors is an Honor for Our Staff" initiative aims to enrich the faith-based experience of the Guests of God and to achieve a positive, moderate religious impact on the souls of visitors to the Prophet's Mosque.
It is worth noting that the “Serving Our Visitors is an Honor for Our Employees” initiative includes five enrichment tracks: advocacy, awareness, guidance, and counseling, to enrich the visitors’ experience, in addition to offering them religious gifts.
The Agency of the Prophet's Mosque has adopted the slogan "Educating our visitors is an honor for our staff" as a central focus of the Hajj season.
